It is a unique elastomer-modified asphalt base emulsion produced by incorporating the rubber polymer into the asphalt using extreme pressures and temperatures. Formulated with additional adhesion promoting polymers to provide a tight, highly extensible and flexible, dried film with excellent resistance to water, weathering, and elevated temperatures.
